Workplace Anger Management Counselling: A Path to Healing Together
Workplace Anger Management Counselling is a service that offers clients strategies and techniques to manage excessive anger and make better life choices. We also offer a condensed version of the Workplace Anger Management Program, details of which can be found on the home page under “Anger Workshop”. Most of this counselling service is done on a one-on-one basis.
Overall, it can make a person’s life happier because much of the unhappiness and difficulties in relationships stem from an inability to manage excessive anger. Anger management means directing the energy of anger toward productive, prosocial activities; it is not the same as anger control. See the FAQ section.
The Report of Completion is only issued once fees are paid in full.
How Workplace Anger Management Counselling Works
Program Overview
The Workplace Anger Management program consists of eight to ten (8-10) individual counselling sessions designed to help clients manage their anger in the workplace, particularly by recognizing anger triggers and developing assertive communication skills. Clients will be given anger management interventions appropriate to the nature of the workplace environment. Clients will also learn about how anger can damage relationships between colleagues and workplace culture.
Each session is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, and the program usually lasts 1 to 2 months. Some sessions may also be completed over the telephone (telephone counselling) and/or through Skype. If necessary, the program can be completed in a shorter period.
Program Topics
